Avedis Oksayan Avedis, a 25 year resident of Carmel, CA has been developing his artistic talents from the age of 14. Having lived in Europe and studied art at the Italian Institute in Istanbul, Avedis draws upon his extensive travel and study in Italy & France for inspiration and themes. For a quarter of a century the artist was the owner/operator of a retail business in Carmel and now, in the early stages of his retirement from retail, he is able to focus on and pursue his lifelong passion for art and painting. Avedis has worked with numerous artistic methods, from canvas painting to stained glass and is now presenting his unique line of custom hand painted wine glasses. For years, these glasses have been a tremendously successful line in his own retail store and are now available to other retailers along with his entire line of magnets, ornaments, tiles, bottles and much more. |
